With a 25 million U.S. $ grant from the World Bank through WARCIP-Guinea (West African Regional Communication Infrastructure Programme), Guinea total investment amounts to 33.9 million U.S. $.
GUILAB represents and ensures the common interests of its shareholders within the ACE Consortium. It is also in charge of managing premises, equipment and facilities. It is positioned as an infrastructure provider connecting telecom operators and ISPs to ACE submarine cable, allowing them to access the broadband system capabilities.
